Happy Halloween!

Winfield Scott Elementary School students, dressed in Halloween costumes, walk around the school building Wednesday afternoon during the school's annual Halloween parade. Students in all grades, decked out in a variety of costumes, paraded around the school to the delight of several parents and other family members. Teachers, many of whom were also dressed in costume, escorted the students.
