* Shadden, Randy A., 45, Garland, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. Saturday by Bourbon County sheriff's deputies for a sentence.

* Ledford, Nathaniel R., 22, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. Saturday by sheriff's deputies for theft.

* Collins, Michael R., 56, Lincoln, Neb., was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Saturday by Fort Scott police for driving with suspended license, expired registration, no liability insurance ad a Saline County warrant.

* Cheney, Tanner N., 20, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Monday by FSPD for purchasing/consuming alcohol by a minor,transporting an open container and possession of a controlled substance.

* Doherty, Brian J., 46, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. Saturday by FSPD for aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.

* Hurd, James A., 20, Lamar, Mo., was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Saturday by FSPD for felony theft, driving with suspended license, no liability insurance, expired registration and a Vernon County, Mo., warrant.

* Emery, Dennis J., 53, Fort Scott, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Sunday by FSPD for driving under the influence.

* Dunlay, Jeffery D., 29, Garland, was arrested at 4:01 p.m.Sunday by FSPD for driving with suspended license.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a incident at 1:39 p.m. Saturday at 1315 E. Wall St. Officers took a report of a theft, criminal damage and burglary at the residence. A cell phone, valued at $100,was destroyed,a door was kicked in.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft at 10:45 a.m. Sunday at 1217 Elm St., in reference to a burglary and theft. Stolen items from the Mazda car included a car amplifier, valued at $300, a car speaker, valued at $150.
