Palmer, Workman family reunites

Forty family members and friends met Sunday, July 1, at the Community Christian Church for the annual reunion. Table grace was given by Steve Armstrong. The bountiful carry-in dinner was enjoyed by all.

Visiting and looking at pictures of the past reunions brought back many happy memories. Those attending were: Opal (Palmer) Smith, Retha (Palmer) McGee, Dupo, Ill., Wilma Workman, Leavenworth, Kan., Edward, Janet and Amy Swor, Jonathan Rakestrew, Clint and Morgan Johnson, Pittsbug, Kan., Robert and Virginia Finley, Robert III and Samantha, Walnut, Kan., Loleta (Workman) Tracy, Charles and Alva Tracy, Wichita, Kan., Loren and Melinda Duncan, Jessie, Elizabeth, Amanda and Walter, Mulvane, Kan., Betty Farmer, Diana Fletcher, Charles and Rose Anna Workman, Jeff, Jamie and Kendal Armstrong, Steve and Janet Armstrong, Jon, Rosetta and Charley Bailes and their guests Jonathan Howard and Christian Spencer, and Howard and Agnes (Workman) Armstrong.

Plans for the 2008 reunion will be announced at a later date.
