(1907)

Mrs. Amella DeBerzy, wife of the ex-manager of Bridal Veil Park, has filed a bill for $106 against the estate of the late Mrs. Lucinda Spurgeon, who conducted a little store just over the Second Street bridge and whose property will go to the school fund if no heirs are found. Mrs. DeBerzy claims that she had nursed the woman before she died, as well as boarded her for a while. She feels that $106 would repay her for the time devoted to the care of the deceased. K.M. Humphrey ha been employed to fight the claim. A hearing will be heard before Judge Hudson.
