* Haley, Lance T., 18, 515 Crawford St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday by Fort Scott police for criminal damage and released Wednesday on $500 bond.

* Fort Scott Police on Tuesday responded to a theft at 420 Hill St. Police took a report that a Roadmaster bike was stolen, valued at $60.

* Fort Scott Police on Wednesday responded to a disturbance at 515 Crawford St. Police took a report that two people were verbally sparring. One had a shotgun. No one was injured.

Sheriff's report

* Stufflebean, Jesse W., 19, 411 Burke St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday by Bourbon County deputy sheriffs on four Bourbon County warrants for criminal damage, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, reckless driving, racing on the highway, domestic battery, possession of depressants, drug paraphernalia and a Vernon County, Mo., warrant for burglary, theft, property damage. He is being held at Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center.
