RICHARD ALLEN WILSON

Richard Allen Wilson, 71, retired in 1995 from Defense Contact Audit Agency, U.S. Government, passed away May 1, 2007. 

He was born December 23, 1935, to Earl and Ruth Wilson in Uniontown, Kan.  He graduated Uniontown High School in 1953 and Wichita State University in 1972.  He served in U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1958.  Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2007, at Resthaven Mortuary. 

Preceded in death by his father Earl Wilson. 

Survivors are wife of 41 years, Marjorie of Olathe, Kan.; sons Richard, Jr. (Deborah) of Arlington Heeights, Ill., Christopher of Wichita; daughter Sara (Mark) Stang of Mulvane; mother Ruth Wilson of Uniontown; brothers Raymond (Jeannine) of Torrance, Calif.,  William (Kris) of Marble Falls, Texas; sisters Earlene (Carl) Sayles of Lubbock, Texas, Ronda (William) Winship of Overland Park, Judy (Dan) Ramsey of Uniontown; grandchildren Matthew, Michael, Kelly, Hunter, Lauren, Jennifer, Christopher, Alec and Aaron. 

A memorial has been established in lieu of flowers. Contributions may be made to the Richard Allen Wilson Memorial, in care of the American Cancer Society, 6700 Antioch Rd, Suite. 100, Merriam, KS  66204.
