MARGARET JOSIE ROBERTS

Margaret Josie Roberts, age 77, of Prescott, Kansas, died Saturday, October 28, 2006, in Prescott. She was born on September 3, 1929, in Prescott, the daughter of Karl Ermel and Alta Mae Phillips Allen. She married Bobby D. Roberts on September 2, 1949, in Prescott. He survives of the home.

She was a lifelong member of the Prescott Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Bobby, she is survived by two sons, Ron and his wife, Susan Roberts of Prescott and Lynn Roberts also of Prescott; a daughter, Vicky and her husband, Robert Woolston, Mound City; two sisters, Cleta Fern Cannon, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Cleo Irma Bloomfield of Prescott; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joe White will conduct graveside services at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at the Prescott Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, at Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home.
