Earl “Pat” Johnson
Earl “Pat” Johnson, 81, of Redfield, Kan., passed away on April 11, 2024, at his home.
Earl was born on March 4, 1943, to Abner and Josephine (Handrahan) Johnson in Redfield, Kan. He graduated from Uniontown High School. Earl married Connie Johnson on Thursday, Nov. 9, 1961, in Fayetteville, Ark. She survives of the home. Earl worked as a sales rep for Superior Livestock since 1988 and was a member of the Kansas Livestock Association (KLA).
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Randy Johnson, of Fort Scott, Kan.; two daughters, Brenda McConville of Overland Park, Kan., and Crystal Johnson of Skokie, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Bridget Walker, Brady Johnson, Mary McConville, Hannah McConville, Alexandra Brodbeck, Jeneva Brodbeck, and Katarina Brodbeck; and two great-grandchildren, Alaina Walker and Gage Walker.
According to Earl's wishes, he has been cremated. A celebration of life will be held at the Uniontown Community Center on Sunday, May 26, 2024. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Down Syndrome Innovations or St. Jude’s.
