City, county officials expected to conduct emergency meeting to discuss ‘proprietary’ information for project

Few details have emerged regarding a potential project city and county leaders plan to discuss this week.

During the Bourbon County Commission meeting Monday, commissioners conducted a 15-minute executive session with County Counselor Justin Meeks and Robert Harrington, director of Bourbon County Regional Economic Development, Inc. (REDI) under the justification for data relating to financial affairs or trade secrets of corporations, partnerships, trusts and individual proprietorships.
