A candidate for a position on the USD 234 Board of Education withdrew from the race, while other candidates fielded questions from the public during a candidate forum Wednesday night at the Danny and Willa Ellis Family Fine Arts Center. The event was sponsored by the Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce.
