City approves welcome arch project

A new welcome arch will be erected at the entrance of downtown Fort Scott in the near future.

On Tuesday,, without discussion, the Fort Scott City Commission unanimously approved the project, which received the blessing from the Fort Scott Design Review Board Monday afternoon.
