Runway overlay project to go out for bid

ners on Tuesday gave their nod to proceed with obtaining bids for an asphalt overlay on the airport runway.

Instead of bidding the project as one, bidders will be asked to submit a base bid for the runway with alternates for the apron and taxiway.
