Wind farm lessors speak out at commission meeting

During the past few months, Bourbon County Commissioners have heard comments from several citizens who are opposed to the Jayhawk Wind farm.

On Tuesday, two individuals who have signed leases with Apex Clean Energy – Deb Lust and Joe Ludlum – took their opportunity to speak out.
