Contractor to be used for waterway flood debris cleanup

Bourbon County Commissioners decided Tuesday to contract work to clean up rivers and other waterways from flooding that occurred May 20-21.
They met with Bourbon County Emergency Manager William Wallis, Public Works Director Jim Harris and Public Works Supervisor J.T. Heckman, to discuss what would be expected of the public works department if it were to do the cleanup.
