Committee hopes to learn why students stay, leave FSCC

The Fort Scott Community College Board of Trustees on Monday heard a report on a research project that began in 2018 to determine what FSCC can do to improve numbers for student retention and graduation.

FSCC Vice President of Academic Affairs Adam Borth and FSCC Director of Advising and Retention Russ Souza presented findings from a committee formed for the research project, which involved gathering of data and surveys of faculty, staff and students.
