ONLINE VERSION: Eagles split at St. Paul

ST. PAUL -- Uniontown's boys rode a 26-point performance by Ben George to a Three Rivers League victory over St. Paul here Tuesday night, a 61-56 win for the Eagles.

George made 9 of 10 free throws as a part of his performance for the Eagles (1-0 TRL, 3-2 overall).

Garrett Elder added 14 points for Uniontown.

St. Paul's girls held Uniontown in check here Tuesday night, beating the Eagles, 41-28, in a Three Rivers League contest.

Holly Shinn scored 9 points for Uniontown (0-1 TRL, 2-3 overall) while Shalina Harper added 8 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and handed out 5 assists.

Both teams play league games at Pleasanton Friday night.
