Karen Kay Mann, 71, and Billy Marion Mann, 74, both of Pleasanton, will be inurned together in Centerville Cemetery, south of Devon, on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. Karen was born on December 23, 1944 in Omaha, Nebraska to George W. and Fern (Cadwalder) Bolen. She was seamstress having worked for a number of years for Braemoor. Bill was born on November 20, 1941 in Fort Scott, Kansas to Chandos Marion "Red" and Vera Maude (Rhoades) Mann. He was self-employed as a logger. Karen died on May 9, 2016 at their home in Pleasanton. Bill died on June 29, 2016 at St. Luke's South, Overland Park. Bill and Karen were preceded in death by their parents, Karen's three sisters, Velma Synovec, Bernelda Mashek, and Beverly Fairbanks; Bill's brother, Tommy Mann; and two of Bill's sisters, Rosemary Button, and Carol Mann.

The couple are survived by one daughter Carolyn West and her husband Shaun, Fort Scott; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Christopher West and his wife Tommi, Virginia Beach, Va. and their two children Chloe and Nolan, Kurtis West, Fort Scott, Aubin Duff, Olathe, and Holly Duff, Overland Park; Karen's brother, Randy Bolen, La Cygne; and two of Bill's sisters, Patsy Holtz, Topeka, and Bonnie Meek, Fort Scott.
