Lenora K. King, 72, of Marshall, Mo., died Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her home.

Private family inurnment will be at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kan. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born May 13, 1943 in Fort Scott, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Floyd Shadden and Mary Gruver Shadden. On August 30, 1990 she married James Brian King who survives of the home. Lenora lived in Marshall since 1992 and had previously lived in South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Kansas. She was a caregiver most of her life.

In addition to her husband, Brian; she is survived by one daughter, Brenda Ferguson and husband Brad of Gladstone; one son, Robert Allen Joles Sr. and wife Sharan of Osawatomie, Kan.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Viola Rittinghouse of Texas; three brothers, William Shadden of Mound City, Kan., Jim Shadden of Nevada, Mo., and Johnny Shadden of the state of California; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and three sisters.
