Donna Jeane Carson

Donna Jeane Carson, 49, of Fort Scott, died Sunday morning, Nov. 9, 2014 at Fort Scott Mercy Hospital. She was born June 14, 1965 in Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Charles Stephen and LaDonna Maxine (DeLaney) Foss. She married Paul David Carson Sept. 16, 1983 in Iola, Kan., and he survives of the home.

Donna graduated from Fort Scott High School, and attended the Nazarene Church. She worked for SEK Mental Health as a parent support specialist.

In addition to her husband Paul, Donna is also survived by her father, Charles; her daughter Shané Allene Carson of Fort Scott; and a brother, Stephen Allen Foss of Loveland, Colo. She was preceded in death by her mother, LaDonna.

Pastor Jim Casselman will conduct funeral services for Donna 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014 at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home with burial following at the Clarksburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening Nov. 12, 2014 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
