Feb. 13 Birth Announcement

Cecilia Rosetta Smilie

Ethan and Amanda Smilie of Chanute announce the birth of their daughter, Cecilia Rosetta Smilie, Jan. 30, 2013 at 4:14 p.m. at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. She weighed 9 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. Maternal grandparents are David and Sheila Blubaugh. Paternal grandparents are Dale and Patty Smilie. The new baby's siblings are Helena and Benedict.
