SMALLEY -- James and Brandi Smalley, and siblings Sylvia and Cadience Smalley, Fort Scott, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Richard James Smalley, at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Mercy Hospital Fort Scott.

Richard weighed 6 pounds, 6 1/2 ounces at birth.
