Family series set

The Alzheimer's Association, Heart of America Chapter, has announced it will be hosting the third of a six-part family series in Fort Scott.

Part three, "He Just Sits Around All Day," explores the role of activities and structure for people with Alzheimer's at 10 a.m. Nov. 14 at Buck Run Community Center, 735 Scott Ave.

The sessions are monthly on the second Wednesday of each month. The family series is provided at no cost. You may register or request more information by calling the Alzheimer's Association office in Parsons at (620) 421-6550, ext. 1794.
