Law enforcement reports

Grace Ann Milburn, 47, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday by the Fort Scott Police Department for burglary, theft and battery and is still being held at this time.

Joshua L. Knapp, 30, Three Rivers, Mich., was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday by the Fort Scott Police Department on a Bourbon County warrant for criminal deprivation of property and was released at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday on a $5,000 bond.
