The Bronson O.E.S. Culture Club met Sept. 4 at the home of Julia Ann Rhoton with seven members present.

Roll call was "Which Olympics did you like best."

The president, Julia Ann's thought was "no pain, no gain."

It was reported that longtime friend a relative to some and a former resident of Bronson is now living at the Moran Manor in Moran. His name is Louis Pool.

Emma Eastwood gave a very interesting lesson, "Why National Parks matter."

A secret pal, Erma Eastwood, received a birthday gift from her unknown pal.

Refreshments of peanut butter crescents, grapes, stuffed celery, crackers, cheese and coffee were served by Julia Ann.

The next meeting will be Oct. 2 at the home of Retta Smith. Each member is asked not to forget to bring a can of unlabeled soup for a "Hobo Soup Luncheon."
