Mercy offering sports physicals

Mercy Clinic Fort Scott will hold its annual sports physical clinic from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at 403 Woodland Hills Blvd. The examinations are for students age 10 to 18 years.

The fee per student physical is $10, but Mercy Clinic believes in supporting local schools so all the funds generated are donated directly back the student's school activity fund to help with equipment or supply purchases.

Annually, the Mercy Clinic hosts sports physical clinics for area middle school and high school students. The physicals are required for students who plan to participate in school extracurricular programs during the academic year.
