Fort Scott Community College student Stormy Carter smiles as she walks up to receive her nurse's pin on Thursday evening from instructor Judy Nelson at the Danny and Willa Ellis Family Fine Arts Center. Carter was one of 24 nursing students who attended the pinning ceremony. The gold or silver pins are traditionally worn by nurses as part of their uniform and features the FSCC seal.
