FSCC baseball schedules youth clinic

FORT SCOTT -- Fort Scott Community College's baseball team will host The 5 Corners Mini-Mart of Fort Scott Annual Youth Clinic May 2 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Lions Field on the northwest corner of the campus. FSCC coaches and players will run the clinic. Fundamentals of hitting, throwing, infield, outfield, and base running will all be covered during the clinc.

The clinc is open to children ages 4-14, each of whom will receive a clinc T-shirt. After the clinc, Greyhound players will sign autographs. Cost of the clinic is $10. Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. on the day of the camp.

In case of rain, the clinic will be moved indoors to the Dave Regan Clubhouse adjacent to the field. More information is available on the baseball webpage at www.fortscott.edu/athletics.
