Betty and Leonard White 70th anniversary

BETTY AND LEONARD WHITE

On Jan 29, Leonard and Betty White will be celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. She is the former Betty Smith. The couple was married in 1942 by the Rev. Geisler at the Redfield Methodist parsonage.

Joe and Judy White are their son and daughter-in-law. There are three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 12 great-step-grandchildren. The couple currently resides in Fort Scott at Calvary Crossing. Until 2009, the couple had resided in Uniontown, except for three years spent in military service during World War II. Leonard retired from The Western Insurance Company in 1984. No reception is planned.
