Pawnee 4-H Club to hold meeting

Submitted Photo Members of the Pawnee 4-H Club had a busy October. The club will meet again on Nov. 17 at the 4-H building.

October was a busy month for the Pawnee 4-H Club. On Saturday, Oct. 15, members served concessions for an auction at the 4-H building. Many members brought cookies and pies.

Officer training was held on Oct. 16 at the Bronson Community Park. Several Pawnee club members were in attendance including: Caden Webb, Alex Gilmore, Levi Bin, Lawson Owenby, Makenzie Brown, Hunter Adamson, Gabbie Clements, Kelcie Bailey, Emma Humble, Michaela Webb, Meredith Hill, Rilee McDonald, Katy Brown and Abbie Humble.

Club officers learned about their 4-H duties for the 2011-2012 4-H year.

On Oct. 17, the Pawnee Club had its monthly meeting at the 4-H building. In addition, members enjoyed a costume party and contest with lots of snacks and games. Prizes were awarded to Katherine Hudiberg and Lucas Gilmore for best costume.

Pawnee club members will meet again on Thursday, Nov. 17, at the 4-H building for their Thanksgiving dinner. Club members have all signed up to bring a dish.
