Artful Reflections set for Nov. 3

The Bourbon County Arts Council will host the 10th annual Evening of Artful Reflections at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, in the lobby of City State Bank, 1012 U.S. Highway 69 South.

The evening will feature food, conversation, art, music and spirited bidding on unique items. Music will be provided by USD 234 orchestra students. Guest auctioneer Marty Read will be auctioning "one of a kind" art pieces from various artists and other unique items.

Some items included in the auction are decorator items from Ruddick's, a 1979 watercolor by Gary Hawk, a signed and numbered Pittsburg State University Gorilla by Ted Watts, jewelry from Bartelsmeyer Jewelry, a handbag from Pretty Posh Boutique, and a Lampe Berger lamp from Flowers by Leanna. Additional items are being added daily.

Admittance is a donation to the arts in Bourbon County.
