Youth perform in bell choir

Joe and Shirley White enjoyed the Friday night concert on Aug. 12 and 19.

Betty Hixon joined othermembers of the Garden Club at Chicken Mary's on Tuesday, Aug. 16.

On Aug. 16 Ron and Linda Center traveled to Kansas City for Linda's doctor's appointment and enjoyed shopping and eating lunch before returning home.

Whirley White traveled to Prescott Aug. 19 and enjoyed playing Bunco with the Prescott ladies.

Norma Hoyt and Bill Eshelbrenner traveled to Peculiar, Mo., to visit her daughter, Gail and Tim Daly.

Kelsie Jo Collins, Ron, Linda, Ronette, Lindsey and James Center enjoyed spending the weekend of Aug. 12 to Aug. 14 in Branson and Silver Dollar City. They all enjoyed Dixie Stampede on Saturday evening, Aug. 13.

On Saturday evening, Aug. 20, Betty Hixon, along with other members of the M Motor Cycle Club, met at the home of Delbert and Darla Crays for a pot luck and meeting.

The JOY class of Grace Baptist Tabernacle enjoyed a "movie night" Saturday, Aug. 20. All enjoyed hot dogs with all the trimmings, desserts and soda. The movie they watched was "Fireproof."

Susan McBride, Alicia Crag and her twins Hadleigh and Kinleigh visited Joe and Shirley White on Aug. 21. Alicia is the granddaughter, and the twins are the great-granddaughters of the Whites.

While home from college this summer, Brittani Rooks organized a children's bell choir for the primary and junior aged children.

Those performing in the choir were Hannah Blevins, James Center, Caleb and Drew Rhoades, Tyler, Rylee and Bryton Spencer and Logan Yarnell.

Everyone attending enjoyed a performance by the bell choir on Sunday evening, Aug. 21.
