Funeral arrangements for two Fort Scott residents killed in a crash involving two all-terrain vehicles Friday have been scheduled.

A third victim, William Preston Seabolt, 28, of Fort Scott, was seriously injured in the wreck and taken to the University of Kansas (KU) Medical Center, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol Crash Log. A hospital spokesman said Monday Seabolt was discharged on Sunday.

An eastbound 2004 Honda ATV operated by William Preston Seabolt, 28, of Fort Scott was stopped on Locust Road when an eastbound Yamaha ATV rear-ended the Honda, the crash log said.

Riding with Seabolt was 21-year-old Lacey Raelynn Page, who died at the scene, the crash log said.

Andrew Daniel Pelzer, 27, driver of the Yamaha, passed away at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott, the log said, noting Bourbon County Deputy Sheriff Mike Feagins assisted state officers.
