Stanley Luebbering measures off a stretch of ground in the 1400 block of East First Street Friday. His company, Advanced Systems Homes of Chanute, will build a six-bedroom home for clients of Tri-Valley Developmental Services, which provides support to people with disabilities, on the 122-foot wide by 150-foot deep lot. The firm will construct the home in Chanute, then move it to Fort Scott in five pieces. He said it will take about 120 days to get complete the project. The company has constructed other homes in town for Tri-Valley, which serves people in Allen, Bourbon, Neosho and Woodson counties.
