Marilyn Joan Payne

Marilyn Joan Payne, 77 of Springdale, Ark., passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2011 in Springdale. She was born Jan. 5, 1934 in Vernon County, Mo., the daughter of Caeser Geer and Gretchen (Spencer) Geer.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dr. C.W. Payne of the home, a son Dr. Steve Payne and wife Susan of Springdale, Ark., a daughter; Dana Saunders and husband Brad of Pasadena, Calif., three grandsons; Garrett Payne and wife Katie of Great Lakes, Ill., Logan Payne and wife Hilery of Little Rock, Ark., Dylan Saunders of Spokane, Wash., and two great grandchildren; Mason Payne and Lydia Payne of Great Lakes, Ill.

No services are planned at this time.
