Law enforcement reports

Joseph Michael Russell, 30, of 1170 110 St., Redfield, was arrested on Dec. 30, by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Newton County (Mo.) warrant and is still being held at this time.

William Joseph Mitchell, 26, of 34 Sumac Dr., Mound City, was arrested on Dec. 30, by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Chelsea Marie Poe, 18, of 229 W. 6th, Bronaugh, Mo., was arrested on Dec. 30, 2010 by the Fort Scott Police Department for minor in possession and released the same day on a $250 bond.

Lukas Preston Snyder, 18, 612 Tiffany Lane, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 11:11 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2010, for minor in possession and released the same day on a $250 bond.

Dalton Evan Chadd, 18, or W. 6th, Bronaugh, Mo., was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2010, by the Fort Scott Police Department for minor in possession. He was released on a $250 bond the same day.

Seth Cole Chadd, 20, of 933 N. Main, Nixa, Mo., was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2010, by the Fort Scott Police Department for minor in possession. He was released on a $250 bond the same day.

Levi Kent Richards, 25, of 116 S. Lincoln, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2010, by the Fort Scott Police Department for contributing to child misconduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was released the same day on a $1,750 bond.

Levi William Rodebush, 22, of 1416 Broadway, Fort Scott, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Jan. 1, by the Fort Scott Police Department for driving under the influence, driving while suspended, no proof of liability insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container. He was released the same day.

Derek Ryan Coats, 28, of 103 Industrial Drive, Arma, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Jan. 2, by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for driving while suspended and no liability insurance. He was released the same day on a $1,750 bond.
