NHS cross country competes at Pittsburg

The Nevada Tigers cross country runners competed Thursday at Pittsburg, Kan.

Alex Bledsoe finished third in the varsity 5,000-meter run with a time of 16 minutes, 42 seconds. Dalton Shunkwiler was 49th at 19:32. In the boys' junior varsity race, Sam Eador placed 44th with a time of 22:02 and Kirain Cain was 78th in 29:30.

The Tigers are scheduled to be back in action next Thursday, when they compete at Carl Junction.
