Blu-Jay boys take title at Southeast; girls second

CHEROKEE -- Pleasanton's boys won the team title at the Southeast Invitational here Tuesday while the girls finished in second place.

Blu-Jay boys scored 79 points while Joplin College Heights finished with 73. Baxter won the girls' side by one point, 92-91, over Pleasanton.

Kim Robinson won discus and shot put for the for the girls while Lindsey Conn won individually in the 100 and 200 meters and was part of the winning 4x100-meter relay. Jon Ransier took the high jump for the boys.
