JOSIAH RICKLYN FRANKLIN

FRANKLIN -- Jessica Franklin, Fort Scott, is proud to announce the birth of her son, Josiah Ricklyn Franklin.

Josiah was born at 11:35 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

He weighed 5 pounds and was 17 3/4 inches at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Carolyn Franklin and the late Richard Franklin.

Maternal great-grandparents are LeOne Cullor and the late James Cullor and the late Dorris and Jack Franklin.
