HALL -- Dustin Allen and Kayla Nicole Hall, Fort Scott, and big sister Mallorie, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Libbie Addison Hall.

Libbie was born at 11:31 a.m., Monday, Oct. 12, 2009 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
