YATES -- Courtney Halsey and Spencer Yates, Fort Scott, and siblings Isabella and Samuel, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Ridley Scott Yates.

Ridley was born at 9:04 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2009 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

He weighed 8 pounds at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Scott and Jerri Lynn Halsey, Fort Scott.

Maternal great-grandparents are Patricia Payne and Doree J. Mason, Fort Scott.

Paternal grandparents are David and Queenie Yates, Ervin, Texas.
