Law enforcement arrest reports

Cowan, Clinton Doyle, 18, 521 180th Street, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 21, 2009 at 5:15 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Fores, Joseph Brice, 501 S. Lynn, Pleasanton, Kan., was arrested by Fort Scott POlice Department on Sept. 21, 2009 at 8:19 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of weapon, driving while suspended and no liability insurance and is still being held at this time.

Willey, Jeremy Zane, 29, 304 E. Kansas, Stark, Kan., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 12:41 p.m. for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, possession of opiates Opium, or narcotic drugs, and unlawful acts and is still being held at this time.

Holt, Derek John, 28, 301 Clay Street, Uniontown, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 21, 2009 at 10:40 p.m. for sentencing and is still being held at this time.

Cameron Jr., Chon Edward, 46, 316 S. Wilson, Fort Scott, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2009 at 1:07 a.m. for disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and criminal threat. He is still being held at this time.

Bovanizer, Howard Peter, 47, 421 W. Holly, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 27, 2009, at 1:07 a.m., for battery of an law enforcement officer, obstructing the legal process, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Sept. 27, 2009 at 11:31 a.m. on a $5000 bond.

Hunter, Jason Edward, 35, 554 Oakland Ave., Calif., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 27, 2009 at 4:30 a.m. for DUI, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. He was released the same day at 7:38 a.m. on a $2750 bond.

Ivey Jr., Loyd Alton, 56, 223 Caldwell, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 27, 2009 at 11:52 p.m. for criminal tresspass. He is still being held at this time.

Taylor, Jeremy Ray, 29, 1415 S. Ransom, Apt. No. 2, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sherriff's Office on Sept. 22, 2009 at 9:09 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child and is still being held at this time.

Eastwood, Tommy Jacob, 26, 728 Judson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 22, 2009 at 6:55 p.m. for aggrevated battery and disorderly conduct and is still being held at this time.

Wyatt, Robert Ryan, 22, 1717 E. Wall, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 22, 2009 at 12:21 p.m. for six counts of theft and is still being held at this time.

Barfield, Brandon Michael, 25, 7608 Greeley, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 23, 2009 at 4:23 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Shadden, Christopher Allen, 25, 415 S. Wilson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 23, 2009 at 4:45 p.m. for aggravated battery and is still being held at this time.

Clark, Rodney Jay, 49, 221 Hullet, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 23, 2009 at 6:12 p.m. for driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 8:41 p.m. on a $1250 bond.
