Home run derby results announced

A season-ending home run derby was held by the Fort Scott Recreation Commission recently. The results are as follows.

* 9-year-olds: Gunnar Brown, first; Colby Page and Nick Hathaway, tied for second; Chandler Defebaugh and Jeron Poyner, third for third.

* 10-year-olds: Brady Tourtillott, first; Gage Lopp, second; Jacob Gannon, third.

* 11-year-olds: Chase Brown, first; Carter Young, second; Jeremy Smith, third.

* 12-year-olds: Mason Knopp, first; A. J. Smith, second; Drew Martin, third.
