CECIL GLASNER BLACKMORE

Cecil Glasner Blackmore, 86, of 610 Orchard Lot 33 Odessa, Mo., formerly of Fort Scott, Kan. died Jan. 28, 2009 at Golden Age Living Center in Odessa.

He was born Aug. 5, 1922 in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of Anna May and Arthur R. Blackmore.

He is survived by his children, Cecil O.M. Blackmore and his wife Sharyl, Everett Blackmore and his wife Tammy, Arthur Blackmore and his wife Lisa, Kathy Beverlin, and William Blackmore, all of Missouri; as well as 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009 at The National Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kan.
