Police report

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft on Saturday at 2500 S. Main St., the Wal-Mart Supercenter. Police took a report of a stolen digital camera, retail price of $116, apparently shoplifted at the store.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft on Tuesday from Tower Metal, 301 N. Hill St. An undetermined amount of scrap metal was taken from the business.

* Edwards, April M., 24, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. Saturday by Fort Scott Police for driving with suspended license and released the same day on $500 bond.

* Ivey, Randy J., 42, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Sunday by FSPD for driving under the influence and released the same day on $500 bond.

* Stufflebeam, Jesse L., 20, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. Saturday by FSPD for purchasing and/or consuming alcohol by a minor, criminal damage to property, and obstruction of official duty and released the same day on $1,750 bond.

* Hankins, Michael A., 26, Fort Scott, was arrested at 4 a.m. Friday by FSPD for domestic battery and criminal damage to property and released the same day on $3,000 bond.

* Mashek, Tonya L., Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Monday by FSPD for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, no liability insurance coverage required.

* Maus, Ashley M., 20, Fort Scott, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. Sunday by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for domestic battery and released the same day on $2,500 bond.

* Cheney, Tanner N., 21, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Friday by sheriff's deputies on a 48 hour sentencing and released Sunday.

* Breese, Joseph L., 25, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Friday by sheriff's deputies for return of court.

* Metzner, Brandon L., 27, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday by sheriff's deputies for worthless checks and released Wednesday on $204.95 bond.

* McGibra, Philip G., 56, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Jan. 29 by sheriff's deputies for driving under the influence and released the same day on $500 bond.

* Lindenfield, Clinton L., 19, Fort Scott, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Jan. 29 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of depressants, drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor theft and driving under the influence and released the same day on $5,000.

* Cowlishaw, John P., 45, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. Saturday by Kansas Highway Patrol for driving with suspended license, expired illegal registration and no liability insurance coverage required and released the same day on $1,250 bond.

* Hawkins, Vicki L., 46, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Saturday by FSPD on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of marijuana.

* Curls, Foster A., 26, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Sunday by FSPD for pedestrian under the influence and obstruction of official duty.

* Davenport, Keenan D., 19, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Thursday by FSPD for driving with suspended license and released Thursday for time served.

* Hilliard, Micah L., Fort Scott,was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Thursday by FSPD for purchasing/consuming alcohol by a minor, obstruction of official duty, aiding a misdemeanor/person charged and released Thursday on $1,750 bond.

* Miske, James E., 63, Fayetteville, Ark., was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Jan. 29 by FSPD for driving with suspended license.

* Guerrero, John J., Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Jan. 29 by FSPD for habitual violator and released the same day on $1,500 bond.
