Police report

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft Jan. 18 at 106 Crawford St. Officers filed a report of about $50 worth of firewood that was missing from the yard of the property.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft Jan. 19 at 2500 S. Main St. Officers filed a report of numerous personal care items shoplifted from the Wal-Mart Supercenter. A suspect was interviewed at the scene and a complaint was filed with the Bourbon County Attorney's Office.All the items, which were returned to the store, totaled less than $182,police said.

* Charley, Louis W., 20, Iola, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 14 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for battery.

* Morris, Paul A., 32, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. Jan. 14 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for burglary and felony theft.

* Coleman, Kasee J., 22, Fort Scott,was arrested at 8:53 p.m. Jan.15 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for probation violation.

* Canon, Diane R., 35, Fort Scott, was arrested at 10:48 a.m. Jan. 15 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for theft and forgery.

Sheriff's report

* Glover, Randy K., 55, Fort Scott, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Jan. 17 by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for rape and aggravated criminal sodomy. He is being held at Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center.

* Tucker, Tommy M., 39, Fort Scott, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Jan. 16 by sheriff's deputies for a probation violation.

* Fredrick, Jerrod J., 20, Arcadia, was arrested Jan. 18 by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for burglary.

* Stewart, Cynthia A., 49, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. Jan. 18 by sheriff's deputies to serve a five-day sentence.

* Hawkins, Vicki, 46, Fort Scott, was arrested Monday by FSPD for criminal use of a financial card and forgery and was released on Monday on $2,500 bond.

* Shadden, Ronnie L., 32, Arma, was arrested at 6 p.m. Jan. 18 by sheriff's deputies for a 48 hour sentence and released Monday for time served.

* Hierhozer, Jay A., 45, Redfield, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Sunday by Kansas Highway Patrol for driving under the influence and released the same day on $500 bond.

Bronson Police

* Lindey, Christopher E., 18, Bronson, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Jan. 19 by Bronson Police Department for domestic battery and released Monday on $2,500 bond.
