Hiattville 4-H meets

The regular monthly meeting of the Hiattville 4-H club met Nov. 7 at the Hiattville fire station. President Amanda Brown called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by your "favorite thanksgiving food." There were 13 members and 4 leaders present. Nicholas Reagan, and Austin Collins were two new members that joined the club.

Under new business it was decided to collect food for The Beacon and bring your collection to the next meeting. The club would also have a gift exchange as well.

In the program Hannah Fry did a demonstration on how to make no bake cookies. Hannah Fry won the traveling trophy. Jonah Ericson did an Order of a Meeting scramble for parlaw. Zachary Schwalm led the club in playing "When the Big Wind Blows."

The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 5. at the Hiattville fire station.
