Employee of the Year

Silvers Medicalodges of Fort Scott physical therapist Elaine Hicks, center, is quite surprised after learning on Wednesday that she had received an Employee of the Year award from Key Rehab, Inc., a Tennessee-based independently-owned therapy company that has contracted with Medicalodge for the last 10 years to provide therapy services to residents at the Fort Scott facility. Hicks, who was chosen out of about 500 of the company's therapists nationwide, has worked for Medicalodge since 1998.
