Ward Kraft, Inc. announces key promotions

Ward Kraft, Inc., a local custom forms and labels manufacturer, recently announced several key promotions within the company, according to a Ward Kraft statement.

"We are very excited about the recent promotions," company president Michael Del Chiaro said.

Debbie Buck, a former sales manager, was promoted to the position of general manager of the company's Short Run division, and will also be responsible for sales, service and order entry for both the Short Run and CTC divisions. Buck has extensive knowledge of both divisions, as well as general knowledge and experience in commercial printing.

During her 25-year career in the printing business, Buck has been successful as an owner of her own printing business, and has proven herself as a valued sales associate with the company.

She is a four year member of Ward Kraft.

Mitchelle Hall, a former E- commerce Solutions sales representative, has been promoted to the position of director of the company's MIS and Software Development departments. Hall's great experience with the company's ECommerce systems will allow her to lead the company's technical efforts to great heights.

Hall is a six year member of Ward Kraft, and her experience includes 20 years in customer service and management, both in and out of the printing industry. In her new position, Hall will organize communications with software and development partners and address technical issues.

Gayla Gardenhire, a former sales representative with the company, has been promoted to On Site Manager. The company's On Site program has experienced t r e m e n d o u s growth since its inception. In her new role, Gardenhire will be expanding the program to other divisions within the company, while growing the current platform. She will also play a critical role in developing presentation content, recruiting and training On Site presenters, and marketing the program. She is an eight year member of the company.

"The dedication, experience and enthusiasm of those promoted will contribute to the continued success and future growth of Ward Kraft, Inc.," Del Chiaro said.

The company has eight plants, all located near their corporate headquarters in Fort Scott. Ward Kraft is a national leader in manufacturing a variety of products, including labels, plastics, magnets, commercial print, mailers, envelopes, and business forms. The company also operates a customer service and sales center in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
