She was born May 23, 1961, in Webb City, Mo., the daughter of James Lee and Dorothy Lavona Collins Petty. Sandra worked for Med Plans Insurance Company and later in daycare. Earl “Pat” Johnson, 81, of Redfield, Kan., passed away on April 11, 2024, at his home. Earl was born on March 4, 1943, to Abner and Josephine (Handrahan) Johnson in Redfield, Kan.
