Clarence William “Bill” Willey, age 69, resident of Deerfield, Mo., died early Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar, Mo. There was cremation. Graveside services for Bill Willey will be announced by the Cheney Witt Chapel.

Dorothy Taylor, 75, of Fort Scott, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at her home. Arrangements will be announced by the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home.

Freeda Belle Brady, age 88, Osawatomie, Kan., formerly of La Cygne, Kan. passed away Wednesday Jan. 18, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in La Cygne, Kan. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mound City, Kan. The Rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m. ...
